This study focused on the relationship between denominations of Islamic jurisprudence in terms of resources, goals and criteria, benefiting from the philosophy of jurisprudence, knowledge of goals and other issues on which the structure of sharia is determined to define the relationship between these cases based on correct parameters. The purpose of this study was to identify the sources of dialogue among jurisprudential denominations in terms of applicability and relativity, the great goals, goodness and aesthetics that everyone is looking for, and to evaluate the criteria for solving the problem by creating common ratings under an integrated view. All of them confirms the importance of a positive link among them and even if there are negative ones, affects them; because the difference between them is the difference in diversity, not the difference in contradiction. With this explanation of the discussion, a close connection between the mind and the transmission of the meaning of dialogue to the mind appears, then the purpose of jurisprudence is to achieve the goals that indicate an effort to adhere to divine commands and mental controls, to avoid imitating, blaming, and falling into the trap of God's wrath. The criterion for comparing jurisprudence with different denominations in evaluating the category of dialogue among jurisprudential denominations is the degree of compliance with the divine will. Therefore, the purpose of jurisprudential dialogue is not to deny other religions, but to reach the truth; In such a way that it is non-confrontational and is achieved through fair methods, such a dialogue among the jurisprudential denominations that is considered in Islam, its consequences will be shown in the individuals and social level.
