Major advances in information technology have transformed many micro and macro concepts to the extent that the constraints and problems of social systems can be overcome by the role of information technology creation.
One of the areas in which information technology has played an important role is learning; information technology has - in recent years - taken a careful look at improving the efficiency of science education in schools and universities and is a major step in changing the way it is conducted. Has taught in ways that have evolved concepts such as e-learning or web-based learning and have sought to develop group learning, teaching knowledge-based human beings to enhance the human knowledge pool, and providing a solid foundation for the realization of the science community. Building the country's future infrastructure is taking effective steps. Accordingly, technology-based learning takes place through information technology tools in a virtual environment.
The present study uses a descriptive-analytical method and by studying library resources, searching for literature and learning concepts and using social networks and components of e-learning system, constructivist and e-learning approach, interactions, comparative learning, traditional education Has studied e-learning and its advantages and disadvantages.
