With the expansion of cyberspace and the increase of communication channels, access to scientific and artistic content has become very easy. Using this huge capacity, it is possible to promote and indirectly spread religious teachings by using artistic formats. One of the types of religious arts that has a high ability to attract and influence if properly presented is ritual literature; This type of literature, in addition to content richness, also has a verbal and auditory appeal and can attract different audiences to religious content; It is also possible to use the various facilities of cyberspace intelligently to provide high quality and attractive content of religious literature to the audience easily and widely. Sites and blogs, software and social networks are among the facilities that can be offered by offering different types of religious literature in this The programs affected a wide range of users and audiences and sought to promote and deepen religious sentiments and religious knowledge in them. In this research, the same issue - the capabilities of ritual literature in promoting religious knowledge and using the facilities of cyberspace to offer this type of literature - and suggestions for maximum use of these features and facilities are presented.

The present era is confronted with a great variety of mass media and cyberspace with diverse capabilities and capabilities. Communicating in the global village now and exchanging forums, along with misrepresenting cultures and propaganda about factions, groups, individuals, and in particular religion, is very common and accessible; it has always been attacked and harmed. , Is the core culture and context of religion and divine beliefs, which has also been subjected to cyberbullying and propaganda. Emerging mystics, the phenomenon of Da'ishism, and many quasi-religious networks and groups have changed the appearance of their religion to the world - especially the youth - and, in the meantime, inflict damage on Islam. In this situation, cyberspace should be able to show the true face of the religion and at the same time with anti-religious propaganda, by launching the right networks, groups and links to promote Islamic culture and presenting correctly the Qur'anic interpretations and sources. The present study attempted first to explain how to deal with such spaces by first explaining the damage done to culture and religious belief through social networks and its dangers to the younger generation, and then by providing appropriate solutions to propagate religion in these spaces. Among the things that were stored in this device: many books and huge encyclopedias that include thousands of books in Islamic law and other sciences, the most important of which is the Book of God Almighty (the Noble Qur’an) that the bearer reads at any time and delivers the verse he wanted at any time, so that was good. And a big facilitation for people. In this study marked by employing the cell phone to learn the noble Qur’an, I tried to explain the ruling on reading the Qur’an on a mobile phone, and the rulings it requires, so the study came in two chapters. The first chapter included three topics, namely: He spoke about the merit of reading the Noble Qur’an, the status of the Noble Qur’an among Muslims, and it covered the times and places for reciting the Noble Qur’an. While the second chapter deals with storing the Noble Qur’an in a mobile phone, and the possibility of using this copy in a different way, the first topic talks about: in its first request, how to store it, its mechanism, and the programs through which that version can be run.

The 21st century, no doubt, witnessed a rapid transformation generally and particularly in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). This has resulted in the emancipation of globalization in the entire world. The primitive ways of disseminating Information and Communication attitudes have been enhanced to a greater extent. Acquiring information has gone electronic whereby one can reach every part of the world to source information from his local point. Teachers and books are no longer the only sources of information. Educational accessibility is now vast the most students are seemingly more informed than their teachers. Currently, education or learnedness has no boundary and as such no apex, all for in the impact of ICT. This paper, that will be presented in the First International Conference of Capacity and Impact of Cyberspace in Promoting Religious Education, October 19-20, 2017 in Al-Mustafa Open University, Iran, has an hypotesis that Islam is the great religion that could give the solid foundation for human being among modernism ideas and to describe the local wisdom that is always giving a good benefit to the moslem life and their surroundings in the digital or Internet time. This view had been analyzed on the ideas of Syeikh Muhammad Abduh, a great muslim scholar, revolutionary fatwa maker and also a great ulama in Egypt. To analyze his ideas and local wisdom, this paper use qualitative method with the combination of sources from academic journals, books and news about how moslem people nowadays can absorb the highlight ideas of Islam and local wisdom based on Abduh’s thougts. On the analysis part, this paper will write the short biography and the ideas of Abduh, especially his concept of “one ummah”, the definition of local wisdom based on Al-Quran and Hadist and the concept of modernism related to current islamic fatwa concerning local wisdom. Besides, this paper will relate those thoughts of Abduh with the condition of Indonesian moslems nowadays, based on current statistics and surveys, to value how much is Indonesian moslems think about the modern islamic political issues in the digital or Internet time. This paper is hoped to spread ideas that Islam is a good religion that can maintain local wisdom, eventhough at the same time, moslem people have to do jihad to defend their tauhid. Besides, this paper is also hoped to be a new perspective to the concept of local wisdom in the mind of western philosophy based on UN SDGs Agenda to preserve local wisdom, so that in the UN General Assembly, the honorable delegations could think about Islamic values within their policies about local wisdom in the digital or Internet time.
