A number of Prophets had been raised from the generation of Hazrat Ibrahim (AS) whose followers have founded three main and alive religions (Judaism, Christianity and Islam) of the present time. The common thing between these three religions is their monotheism. Followers of these religions worship the God of Ibrahim (AS) and believe Him as a creator of them and the whole world. However, when we refer to the sacred texts of Jews and Christians, we see that the concept which is given by Torah and Gospel about God is completely different from that given by the Holy Quran and it is sometimes polytheistic. Now this question arises that what the cause of this inconsistency is. In this paper, by the help of library method and analytical–descriptive approach, principles of faith of monotheistic religions on the basis of unity of divine essence have been studied and an attempt to revise the unity of divine essence in the Holy Quran, unity of divine essence in the Testaments and the Holy Quran approach to the Testaments regarding unity of divine essence has been made. The result of this research showed that Torah and Gospel are acceptable by the Holy Quran but whatever is present nowadays with their name have been distorted and principles of faith contrary to monotheism have been added to them which have been criticized and rejected by the Holy Quran.

The religion of Islam and the monotheistic religions of Judaism and Christianity, each of them have a sacred book which is the basis of faith of the followers of these religions. Words are the messengers of meanings and they like the holy prophets are dependent on their environment, traditions, customs and their fields of duty in this messaging. Collection of words and phrases that chase a specific purpose and illustrate some particular events in the past or explain an occasion are called a story or storytelling. Storytelling and its creation have roots in innovation, thriving and genesis of human being, his primary community and very initial traditions. The art of storytelling has also been recognized by Islam and is significantly exercised nearly in all divine books especially the Holy Quran. So, Quranic tales have abundant commonalities with the Old Testament, especially in the stories of Prophets, but the pattern of narration of Holy Quran is different from the Bible.

The practical and doctrinal infallibility of prophets are special to the Holy Quran. The Holy Quran and the Testaments describe Hazrat Musa (AS) as “Kalim-ul-Allah” (the one who speaks to God). He is a prophet who is privileged and prominent because of the abundance in miracles. From the perspective of the Holy Quran and the Old Testament, revelation is a type of ultra-human awareness and a sacred-heavenly teaching and an occult knowledge and is not a result of internal unveiling or enlightenment of the prophet. Unveiling specific to God in Jesus (AS) is not accepted by the Holy Quran and the Old Testament. The last thing is that the common point of all the divine religions is salvation and liberation of the human being and this job is done through revelation. The Old Testament and the holy Quran insist that the revealed rules and divine laws result in salvation and liberation.

Relation and need of creatures to Imamate is like the relation of all the creatures on the earth to the creation of Hazrat Adam (AS) and his descendants. For this reason, forming a society where no kind of “injustice” can be found and a tyrant is not ruling over people’s fate has been a main challenge for human being from the past till now. So the issue of Mehdism has been raised in the divine books. In the Testaments, being optimistic for a bright and luminous world in which human being has reached to all his desires and has been cleaned from the sin and has been freed of all the materialistic attachments and its ugly displays and has strong belief on a savior which will fulfill all of his desires and needs, can be seen clearly. Judaism and Christianity are waiting for the appearance of such a promised savior who will hold the real justice all over the world. However, the real savior is God which is capable and bewared of everything. In this paper, an attempt has been made to explain briefly this issue that how the savior of humanity has been described in the main religions.

This article tries to study and compare revelation and prophecy issues in Qur'an and the Testaments perspective. Among all books based on revelation and prophecy issues, Quran, due to its unassailable authenticity, has its own place. in this respect it is not comparable with the Bible, but despite this, there are a series of common points between Quran and the Bible. in this paper along with notes explaining their differences, share the common issues expressed, and in the end, the assessment is done. When we look at Judaism, we see some differences from other religions. In this religion, God Almighty controls and protects His special people, the children of Israel, and sends speakers and prophets to call this people to truth, to save them, or to punish them. This is the philosophy of sending prophets in Judaism. All the speakers, prophets and prophets we have mentioned are the word of God. Their commands and decrees are God's commands and decrees. Therefore, if the Old Testament contains the history and words of the prophets and everything about them, then in a sense it is the city that God tells His servants.

The most important issues considered in the Qur'an and the Testaments, God's existence and recognizing Dimension Tawhid that some important indicators, are fundamentally very different. God introduces the Quran, unlike the Testaments, the perfect Glory, and has absolute perfection, but however in some Testaments passages about God's divine attributes can also be seen. In fact, looking at the Testaments as God is faced with a stark contrast. So, this article reviews and evaluates the common points and differences in the Quran and the Bible about God. What the Holy Book of Judaism, the Old Testament and the Talmud, as well as the scholars who interpreted these books, say about God is almost contradictory. These are words that are valid and inconsistent with each other. The Jewish scriptures describe God as a material being with physical and human characteristics, sometimes inferior to man. However, at the same time, Allahu ta'âlâ is described in those books with higher and perfect qualities. Many modern Jewish scholars praise God with the latter characteristics.
