Service with the right depends on rational and practical service; God Almighty designed the process of cultivating man from power to action in a good system, which is the training of the divine man and the necessity of man's actualization in the light of his individual and social life. The important tools at their disposal - the media - address this issue. The achievements of wisdom are the explanation of the issue of truth, because some of the later scholars defined wisdom as right; Then, by examining the dimensions of the subject, it is necessary to define a system of thought whose all sides are in harmony with wisdom. Accordingly, first we must define wisdom in the framework of ontology, which is the theoretical foundation of an issue, then in epistemology it is explained what its face and reason are, and the book, tradition, reason and consensus each rank the position of truth, respectively. Describe and prove. The third stage is the position of man as the divine caliph and its relationship with the truth. If wisdom is rightly explained and interpreted and given to man and society and the three sides of its theoretical foundations are determined, then the position of the media in this system of thought will be determined and the following questions will be answered in this research. Answer them:- What is the relationship between the right and the dignity of the media in guiding society and man as the divine caliph?- Does the media have a right in this system of thought, and if it has a right, does it also have duties?- What are the duties of the media in educating human beings and a just society?- What are the requirements of the media in this system? What is the difference between right in wisdom-based media and media rights issues in the West?

Measurement from a formal science perspective requires the definition of a mathematical set of criteria, methods for numerical comparison, and comparison. Cyberspace, on the other hand, is a collection of information that, contrary to Western belief, is neither free nor freely accessible; Because if it goes through the dark internet and restricts the discussion in its official space, access to its information is in control of the domination system. Among these, the official methods used to measure religious sites are the same as those used for other sites, such as the number of visits to sites, the number of posts sent, the number of rejected emails, and so on. Converted and searched for the amount of religious words, which are from the perspective of the official Western sciences; While in the religion of Islam and its original source - the Holy Quran - there are other types of measurement sets; Just as formal measurement criteria in cyberspace cannot measure a person's degree of belief in the unseen. Accordingly, in the present study, an attempt has been made to explain the conventional methods of measurement in cyberspace and to show that the doctrinal and religious principles are indefinite and unmeasurable by material criteria; Also, methods have been proposed to estimate the degree of belief of individuals from an Islamic perspective.

God has glorified and honored knowledge, so the first word that God revealed to his Prophet was “Read”, and He raised His bearer to ranks, so He said: May God exalt those who have believed among you and those who have given knowledge to degrees. (Al-Mujahidah, 11) and imposing it on every Muslim, so the last of his prophets 9 said: “Seeking knowledge is an obligation on every Muslim.” (The Second Martyr, 11: 1041) also between knowledge and worship, so he said: “The door of knowledge that we learn is dearer to us than a thousand voluntary rak'ahs.” (Ibid: 121 (and compare Omیralamamnیn 7 between science and money, saying to his companion: «O کmیl! Science is better than money, science یhrsک and you are guarding the money and money lacks alimony and science یzکo on spending and facts money disappear Bswalh»; (ibid: 114 (and between household Infallibility: a great reward for one who walks the path of knowledge, so our greatest prophet 9 and the people of his household told us: Where he said: “Whoever is tomorrow in the pursuit of knowledge, the angels will remain upon him and bless him in his life and have not diminished his livelihood.” (Same source: 146) As the people of infallibility warned: to pay attention to the type of knowledge Its description so that it does not fill a person’s soul with what harms it or at least with what does not benefit it. All this, in short, indicates to us the religious motivation that urges us to seek and spread knowledge, as contemporary societies witness many challenges that have imposed themselves on the nature of life in them, the method of work and the work of their various organizations. Among the most prominent of these challenges are the progress these societies are witnessing in modern information and communication technologies.

The issue of dialogue between religions is old and introduced religions, but in different ways and methods. The name of the dialogue of religions is one of the newly used terms that aims at coexistence, communication and understanding between different religions in light of the modern development of communication and communication and the information revolution that occupied the electronic space, which contributed a lot to the issue of educating the other two generations. The origin of the belief in the messages of the previous prophets in their true form, far from distortion and change, formed the starting point for the Muslim in his view of the other non-Muslim of the People of the Book and others, and he began dialogue with them on the basis of the principles that the monotheistic religions brought from truth and goodness.
