Abstract
God Almighty distinguished man and preferred him over the rest of his creation with reason, perception, and knowledge of what no one knew of his creation. The Almighty said: “He who taught with the pen * taught man what he did not know.” And God blessed and exalted the Almighty bestowed upon man many of the prey and senses that enable him to activate perception and learning by different means and methods. William Glaser indicates that a person learns - meaning he understands and perceives - 10% of what he reads, 20% of what he hears, 30% of what he sees, 50% of what he sees and hears, 70% of what he discusses with others, 80% of what he experiences, and 95% of what he teaches For someone else. E-learning is one of the educational methods that rely on electronic media to make knowledge available to those who spread outside the classroom, and it is referred to in the English language by the term: Electronic Learning or E-learning. In recent years the electronic world has witnessed a huge revolution in the applications of the educational computer, and the use of the computer in the field of education and teaching is still in its beginnings, which are increasing day by day, but rather took many forms, from the computer in education to the use of the Internet in education and finally the concept of e-learning appeared. To provide the educational content to the teacher in a good and effective way, and there are characteristics and advantages of this type of education and the most important advantages and benefits are highlighted in reducing time, effort and cost in addition to the ability of the computer to improve the general level of academic achievement, and to assist the teacher and the student in providing an attractive educational environment. Or time. Despite the importance of this type of education and the initial results that have proven successful, the use is still in its infancy, as this education faces some obstacles and challenges, whether technical, represented by not adopting a unified standard for formulating content or technical, represented in privacy, penetration ability, or educational, represented in the lack of participation Educators in making this type of education.
