Abstract

The state means the nation; The government that is able to preserve the independence of the nation and the country is a limited geographical region that falls within the protection of the state, and the legitimacy of the state obtaining recognition by the countries of the world as the source of its legitimacy among the countries of the world to enjoy what other countries enjoy and political, cultural and scientific relations and what was the leadership of the nation However, the wise supreme authority and the Islamic leadership led by Wilayat al-Faqih were the forces of imperialism and colonialism dominate their tyranny, so the slogan of exporting the Islamic revolution was a way to confront the domination of the forces of imperialism as seen by Imam Khomeini. In this modest research, we show the misunderstanding of the slogan of exporting the Islamic revolution due to wrong readings of religion, lack of religious knowledge, or financial temptations and ambitions paid by foreigners, whether directly or indirectly, and we know the ways that peoples, the state or global institutions should use to confront global arrogance As Imam al-Humayni sees it. At a time when the global imperialist arrogant forces were striving to control the weak countries, the revolution that was unique and distinguished from the rest of the revolutions, with its rare characteristics, with its intellectual, ideological, and scientific association, laid the foundation stone for a building whose edifice began from the time of the Prophet Abraham until the Prophet Muhammad and extended under his rule during the reign of his mother. The infallible imams, where he passed to the grandchildren under the banner of Imam Khomeini, with the characteristics of the line (wilayat al-faqih), and its connection to the rule of the jurist, because the source of governance, guardianship and the powers of legislation is linked to God Almighty and has been appointed a prophet.
