Abstract

Orientalists, also referred to as Eastern scholars, have become critical of Islamic law today and have even stepped forward to regard Islam as an anti-human right and are seeking scientific reasons to disprove it. These are the issues of the veil. Orientalist criticism of the veil, the detrimental appearance of the woman, and the deterioration of her physical and mental health, as well as the deprivation of the woman's right to be present in society; It was also attempted to examine the contents of the study using other scientific research and workshop theories, and accordingly, the scholars referred to the dilemmas of eliminating the status of chastity.
