Abstract
Enjoining the good and forbidding the evil is one of the most important religious duties, which the holy shari'ah has stated conditions for fulfilling its obligation. The four main conditions of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil are: knowledge and awareness, the possibility of influence, insistence on sin, and the absence of harm and corruption; The fifth condition, called justice, has been stated by some jurists. One of the applications of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil in the age of technology is cyberspace. Cyberspace goes in the direction of real space; In a way, many real concepts are also objectified in cyberspace. Therefore, the conditions of the obligation of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil in cyberspace are the same conditions of its obligation in the real space, which the jurists emphasize; However, there are differences in terms of performance, language reminders, current and other items. In this article, we have tried to examine the conditions of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil in real and virtual space.
