Abstract
Cyberspace is one of the emerging human achievements, which has attracted millions of people. Few people today do not need to be connected to this vast space; Especially in recent years, and despite the advent of social networks, we are witnessing the attraction of a wide range of users to these networks. Activity in cyberspace, since it is a phenomenon, and a current of obligatory actions, is naturally within the scope of jurisprudential-legal rules. Now the question is: from the perspective of jurisprudence and law, what are the titles of virtual activities? The research hypothesis is the possibility of ordering 12 titles on these activities. Obviously, one of the important guarantees of the implementation of these titles is the learning and application of moral teachings; Therefore, the method of this research is descriptive-analytical, and in some cases critical. The research findings lead to the conclusion that in order to fulfill the jurisprudential-legal and bio-jurisprudential rules in cyberspace, we need to strengthen and apply moral teachings.
