Abstract

Humans, by nature, live collectively. In nature, animals have the ability to meet their own needs individually. ‎But man cannot meet all his needs on his own. Therefore, he needs help and living together. Settlements and cities are established based on the need for coexistence. In the world of the world, people's goals and desires are inconsistent with the goals and wishes of others. ‎If people start to meet their own wants and needs and to realize them, fights will break out among them. ‎Everyone sees himself as right and others as wrong. There is no such thing as peace and order from the community. In such a community, the lofty degrees assigned to people are not cut off, and people who are dressed as predatory animals in which wrath prevails follow their interests. This situation necessitates having a judge and administrator in every society. Hz. Ali explained this need, ‎‎“There is a need for a superior in every society, be it good or bad." ‎He declared.‎
