SUBJECT & OBJECTIVES: The confluence of Islamic tradition and developmental psychology reveals a compelling paradigm for navigating adolescence. Grounded in the Prophetic three-phase model, i.e., nurture-discipline-consult, and substantiated by empirical research on authoritative parenting, Mashwarah (consultation) emerges as a transformative practice that balances autonomy and guidance by engaging adolescents in family decisions, builds competence, and strengthens relationships. This synthesis addresses a critical gap in parenting literature by systematizing consultation as an evidence-based tool while offering measurable benefits for individual and societal well-being. Future research should explore its cross-cultural adaptability and long-term impacts on civic engagement.METHOD & FINDING: This qualitative study combines Islamic teachings on Mashwarah with developmental psychology to show how involving adolescents in decision-making builds responsibility. Key findings reveal that structured consultation supports teens' cognitive growth (Inhelder), autonomy (Erikson), and moral reasoning (Kohlberg) while aligning with Prophetic nurturing methods. It strengthens responsibility through problem-solving, which builds self-efficacy (Bandura), better parent-child bonds (Steinberg), and intrinsic motivation. The research frames Mashwarah as an evidence-based, authoritative parenting style (Baumrind) that aligns with Islamic pedagogy and brain development (Giedd). Limitations include the need for cross-cultural studies, but the findings highlight Mashwarah as a culturally rooted tool for fostering responsible adulthood. CONCLUSION: Consulting youths boosts their self-worth, cognitive skills, and independence, preparing them for responsible adult roles.

SUBJECT & OBJECTIVES: This research article investigates the development of ‘Aql (intellect) from a Quranic perspective and its significant role in achieving a “PURE LIFE”. The objective is to differentiate the Quranic concept of intellect from conventional ideas of intelligence and to propose a practical, holistic framework for intellectual growth grounded in Quranic teachings. The study aims to show how cultivating intellect, as emphasized in the Quran, leads to individual and societal prosperity in this world and the hereafter.METHOD & FINDING: Using qualitative content analysis, the study focuses on Quranic verses containing the Arabic root ‘Aql [‘-q-l]. Through thematic coding and interpretive analysis, a Quranic model of intellectual development is extracted, highlighting stages such as Tafakkur (thinking), Ta‘aqqul (pondering), Ḍhikr (remembrance of the Almighty), Shukr (gratitude), culminating in divine Hidāyat (guidance). The findings indicate that the Quranic framework is inherently holistic, integrating cognitive, and has ethical, and spiritual dimensions. This model enriches reasoning and decision-making while fostering virtues and social responsibility, thus facilitating a pure and balanced life.CONCLUSION: The research concludes that ‘Aql (intellect) is a divinely bestowed faculty, one of Allah’s noblest gifts to humanity, serving as the foundation for understanding, discernment, and ethical living. Unlike mere intelligence, intellect integrates rational, moral, and spiritual aspects, enabling humans to distinguish between Ḥaqq (truth) and Bāṭil (falsehood). This discernment guides ethical conduct, protecting individuals and societies from moral decline. When aligned with divine guidance, intellect leads to a PURE LIFE marked by inner peace, contentment, and righteous action, culminating in true felicity and success in both this world and the hereafter.

SUBJECT & OBJECTIVES: Educational experts have examined the importance of incorporating art and aesthetics into education. They argue that despite the well-documented benefits of art in achieving educational objectives across intellectual, emotional, religious, and ethical domains, its integration into educational settings remains incomplete. There is a need for extensive research on the effectiveness of artistic and aesthetic approaches in various educational curricula, including medical and higher education. In this regard, the present study aimed to investigate the impact of engagement with art and aesthetics on the intellectual, emotional, religious, and ethical education of artists’ lived experiences.METHOD & FINDING: The current research utilized a qualitative and phenomenological approach, focusing on diverse artists representing various art forms. The participants in this qualitative and phenomenological study were 19 artists from different fields of art in Kerman, a province of Iran, who were chosen via purposive sampling. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed with MAXQDA software (version 2021), using Colaizzi’s seven-step method. Artists’ experiences demonstrate that engagement with art and beauty triggers significant transformations in various aspects of life, influencing habits, preferences, modes of expression, and even appearance. The study shows that education involving art and beauty encourages reflection, thinking, understanding, and hands-on learning. CONCLUSION: Special attention should be paid to the relationship between art and beauty and its influence on formal and informal education. Moreover, the principles of aesthetics should be taken into consideration in curriculum planning and teaching, and classroom methods.

It aims to differentiate the unique professional ethics requirements for parliamentarians within a religious democratic context like the Islamic Republic of Iran. Additionally, it identifies potential conflicts or synergies between Islamic ethics and global ethical standards. METHOD & FINDING: The approach includes a comparative analysis, looking at contemporary practices of ethical code development, alongside a focused review of Islamic religious texts and their interpretations regarding moral governance. Key findings suggest that trustworthiness, confidentiality, consultation, and adherence to the law stand out as crucial ethical obligations. SUBJECT & OBJECTIVES: Moral realism means that moral values are real regardless of feelings and emotions, collective agreement, and the orders of anyone. This article aims to explain the relationship between Mulla Ṣadrā's viewpoint and moral realism, as well as the influence of his thoughts on our lives. METHOD & FINDING: The research benefitted from an analytical-descriptive method. At first, by referring to all the works of Mulla Ṣadrā, his moral ontological foundations were deduced, and based on his statements and foundations, it was analyzed in an integrated manner and finally, its effect on pure life has been explained. We have concluded that based on Mulla Ṣadrā's idea, he is a realist. We can enumerate the following shreds of evidence to prove this claim: 1) The reality of the moral criterion, 2) The criticism of divine command theory, 3) The real basis of moral judgments, 4) The consequences of moral judgments, and 5) The manifestation of inner attributes. Additionally, we have demonstrated that action based on the realistic foundations of Mulla Ṣadrā will direct life towards a divine life with true happiness and will suggest a different way of life.CONCLUSION: Action based on the realistic principles of Mulla Ṣadrā will guide life towards a divine life with true happiness and will suggest a different way of life.

SUBJECT & OBJECTIVES: The article provides an analysis and evidence on the impact of ethical principles on individual lifestyles. Ethical principles in their moderate state are admitted and recommended in Islam.METHOD & FINDING: In an analytical-descriptive method, this study examined Islamic ethical principles and clarified their impacts on people’s lifestyles. Muslims need to be aware of ethical principles to choose a way of life that is in line with their beliefs to avoid an identity crisis.CONCLUSION: Man is in dire need of rethinking to live according to transcendental values and beliefs, particularly in the contemporary age. Islam invites humans to live based on ethical principles and harmonize their lifestyle with values and doctrines by which they can find perfection and salvation. In this respect, man is required to benefit from believing in the oneness of Almighty Allah (SWT) and the Day of Judgment as well as controlling the soul that influences people’s lifestyles. SUBJECT & OBJECTIVES: Sometimes, the boundaries of ethics have been broken in online education, and COVID-19 has unconsciously provided the necessary grounds for this tension. The need to know the obstacles and practical solutions to solve this problem is the issue of this research for finding pure life. It is deemed essential to conduct a scientometric analysis in the domain of Ethics Education during the COVID-19 era to identify focal points and examine existing gaps in research.METHOD & FINDING: The research employs a descriptive-applied methodology, following the filtration process, 1000 articles were selected for analysis using Excel and VOS Viewer software to examine and present the data. The findings reveal a rising trend in the number of articles, with 2023 having the highest count (1,422). Additionally, Social Science & Medicine secured the top position with 228 articles. The position of medical sciences was significant due to the attention to ethics in the process of education and treatment.CONCLUSION: The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted ethics education, according to some, it was done with a plan and interest. The pandemic has led to increased mental health concerns, anxiety, depression, and changes in teaching strategies. Overlay visualizations show the relationship between the pandemic's stages and the adoption of educational technology in ethical education. Ethics education for pure living emphasizes the integration of ethical ideas into education to promote purity, integrity, and moral well-being. Finally, some parts of Islamic education increased in this era by virtual platforms.

SUBJECT & OBJECTIVES: The enhancement and progress of Uganda's higher education system necessitate a foundational integration of religion and spirituality, the vital components that uphold the interests and dignity of Ugandan citizens. This research aims to scrutinize the profound effects of a religious and spiritual-based higher education system on both individuals and the broader societal framework. METHOD & FINDING: Employing a descriptive-analytical approach, this study conducts a comprehensive investigation into Uganda's higher education system through case studies and document analysis. Additionally, it explores the multifaceted dimensions of religion and spirituality within this context. The findings indicate a positive correlation between implementing a holistic religious and spiritual lifestyle and its constructive impact on the personal and communal aspects of Ugandan citizens' lives within the higher education sphere. CONCLUSION: Uganda's higher education system faces challenges that significantly impact individual and societal prosperity, leading to widespread criticisms and skepticism. Consequently, it has garnered low scores both locally and internationally. The cultivation of a lifestyle guided by religious and spiritual principles such as freedom, dignity, equality, and justice demonstrates a beneficial influence on the lives of Ugandans. Therefore, integrating religion and spirituality within higher education is a potential avenue to positively transform individual trajectories and societal paradigms, fostering the emergence of independent, esteemed, and morally grounded Ugandan citizens.

SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES: In this research, the Quranic-educational ideas of two contemporary Muslim thinkers: Misbah Yazdi and Abul-A'la Maududi are briefly mentioned. The goals of this research are: To discover points in the Quranic education system to review and criticize the western education system, to improve the educational methods of schools, to achieve worldly and hereafter happiness.METHOD AND FINDING: The method of this research is descriptive, comparative and questioning (Thematic interpretation) in the the Quranic works of the mentioned scholars. The most important ideas of Misbah Yazdi are: The necessity of educating the ignorant, the capacity of human learning, the role of the teacher in education, the role of the group and imitation in learning, comprehensiveness in education, the importance of fundamental Islamic scientific research with divine motivation, the necessity of checking the competence of the teacher before starting learning; And Maududi's thoughts are: Treating the soul of the learner with proper education, evoking the emotions and nature of the learner along with the education, the compassion of the teacher and the appropriate method, the use of sensory examples for the teaching of extra-sensory subjects, the criteria of acceptance of the learner and the role of objective observation in learning.CONCLUSION: Based on this and in accordance with the comparative analysis of these ideas and approaches, Misbah Yazdi and Maududi both consider Islam to have a system and a valuable school of thought in human sciences specially in education.

SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES: Families are formed as a result of marriages between women and men who love each other and are bound by a very strong contract, namely marriage. On the other hand, Divorce occurs because there is no agreement in solving problems in the household between husband and wife. Based on this, the question is, how does the level of education and quality of life of the community influence the family divorce rate?METHOD AND FINDING: This research is a quantitative panel data regression study, which is a combination of cross-action data from 9 districts/cities in Jambi Province and time series data from 2018-2021. The findings of the analysis show that the best model used to explain the effect of education and the Human Development Index (HDI) on family divorce rates in Jambi province is the Common Effect.CONCLUSION: Based on this model, the results are obtained: (1) there is a positive and significant influence between the level of education on the family divorce rate in Jambi Province. (2) there is a negative and significant effect of HDI on the family divorce rate in Jambi Province. (3) simultaneously education and HDI have a significant effect on family divorce in Jambi Province. In sum, synergy is needed between the government, the private sector, and the community in realizing a quality of life through increased employment opportunities, access to health, and comfort in life.

SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES: Education has a special place in the perspective of Islam and the school of Confucius. Although there are some differences in various areas in both schools, in terms of goals and motivations of education, the numbers of the audience and the methods of creating motivation, the two schools are significantly similar. It is through the comparison of the education in both schools that the reader will be enlighten to judge about the importance of education and acquire the deeper and reliable knowledge about both schools from the perspective of educational system.METHOD AND FINDING: The author first elaborates the different understandings and goals of the term education in both educational systems, then he begins the article with exploring the ways in which these two schools treat the educated audience, in order to provide readers with a deeper understanding of the differences in their educational ideas and goals; Finally, it elaborates the status of morality in the implementation of education. At the end, the following outcomes should be noted. Both schools of thought believe that not any science is not suitable for teaching. While Islam emphasizes that education is obligatory for every man and woman，the Confucian school, which according to history promotes the theory of “education without discrimination” believes that the content and method of education cannot be the same for everyone; but education should be designed based on the talent and interest of learners.CONCLUSION: Islam and the school of Confucius consider the study of thoughtless sciences to be worthless and harmful. They see asking questions as the key factor to awareness. However, addressing issues related to education in Islam and the Confucian school will lead to a better understanding of the various dimensions of education and consequently mutual understanding of Islamic civilization and Chinese educational culture.

SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES: Sibawayh, a leading grammarian in 8th Century used first time violent words and phrases such as “Izhaba, waqtala and wazrib” meaning “Go, and killed and hit”, and “Yazhabu, Yazribu, Yaqtilu and Yuzrib” meaning “He is going, hitting, killing and being hit” in his book “Al-Kitaab”. Since then, these types of words and phrases are being used in almost all the books of Arabic grammar. This article examines the concept and roots of militarization of textbooks and the effects of these words and phrases on human life and society.METHOD AND FINDING: In this research, content analysis has been used to quantify and analyze the presence of specific words and phrases used in Arabic grammar books, based on the psychology of words and human behavior. The words being used in our daily communication shapes human aura which has radiations that effects on emotional and physical state. A word, phrases and sentences carry not only meaning; but psychological effects, responsible to develop human Aura that influence human brain and personality.CONCLUSION: These words and phrases effect on human brain which leads people towards anxiety and irritability, consequently reduce human cooperation and collaboration in a significant manner. The nature of human thoughts depends on the words and phrases being used or heard and finally develop human aura that creates positive and negative energy in human. SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES: Adolescence is a period of ups and downs in the evolution of human life. Adolescents face moral and social crises in this period of their lives. In this article, the main objective has been made to present the goals, principles and methods of moral education appropriate to the period of adolescence based on religious teachings.METHOD AND FINDING: This paper, was conducted with the method of qualitative research and documentary review. The educational methods are inferred from the principles. In the present article has been used the first-hand Islamic sources and sources of muslim thinkers and the experiences of the authors of the present article and statements of thinkers that have been included in various articles. The goals, principles and methods are important points which have been obtained in the present article.CONCLUSION: The goals, principles and methods which have been obtained in the present article, can be applied in the classroom and the family. Based on each principle, methods are inferred, which we will name separately here. The principles are knowledge, piety, dignity, creating favorable conditions, habit correction. The methods are giving insight, reminder, admonition, preaching, remembering god, fear and hope, creating self-care ability, encouragement, negligence, providing an opportunity for moral action, modeling, entering the constructive friendly community, praising good qualities, repentance.

SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES: The current research was carried out with the aim of designing a strategic model of sports leisure management and its function in the human life with a combined approach.METHOD AND FINDING: In terms of practical purpose, the present research was a combination of sequential exploratory and survey collection methods. The statistical community in the qualitative section includes members of the scientific team of sports sciences and specialists in leisure time and strategic planning; these people were selected for qualitative interviews in the research topic (22 interviews with 22 people and continued until theoretical saturation). The statistical population of the quantitative part includes the experts of the Ministry of Sports and the youth of Iran. The results of the analysis of the qualitative data obtained from the interview, the paradigmatic model of the strategic plan of sports leisure with an emphasis on the Iranian model in the form of six dimensions.In the designed model, the support of managers, acceptance of employees, team participation and organizational culture are considered as causal factors in the strategic plan of sports leisure time with an emphasis on the Iranian model, which provide the reasons for the success of the strategic plan. In the quantitative part, it was also determined that all 6 main components of the research have a suitable fit, so the research model has a sufficient fit.CONCLUSION: Considering that the basic problem of youth and teenagers is the identity gap and its product is fascination and self-loss in front of the invading western culture, this determines their lifestyle, which is far from the Islamic lifestyle. Therefore, the basic strategy in Leisure Time is to create an identity; Because, cultural invasion attacks values in a special way and puts them under its influence.

SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES: Scientometric analysis within the field of ethics education to spot hot spots and analysis gaps is taken into account as a necessity.METHOD AND FINDING: The research method is descriptive-applied, and the research area includes all the articles on ethics education that were indexed in the Science Direct citation database from 1999 to 2022, and after filtering them, 24,939 of them were analyzed with the help of Excel and VOS Viewer software for analysis and display of data. The results of the research show that the number of articles has an upward trend and 2021 (1,121) had the largest share in the number of articles. SUBJECT AND OBJECTIVES: Due to the outbreak of a virus from the corona family called Covid-19, which has infected millions of people around the world, the subject of the possibility or impossibility of Government responsibility for infectious diseases is a global issue. It is the Government's duty to act in order to improve human life, and this is in accordance with its existential philosophy. This debate originates from the capabilities and powers that are monopolized by Government. It is believed that, by resorting to the authority and discretions of a conventional Government, it can prevent the spread of many infectious diseases to a large extent and in case of negligence in performing tasks, must be liable. This is the initial question: Why should the Government be liable for infectious disease which it had no role in creating it?METHOD AND FINDING: In this paper, by descriptive and analytical method and by collecting library resources, the continuity and relation between the responsibility of the Government and infectious diseases will be discussed. The Right to Life and the Right to Health are the basis of legal authority to intervene in the field of infectious diseases.CONCLUSION: Public Law and Human Rights has a special view of infectious diseases and some statutes provide for Emergency Situations. Governments are committed to taking the most effective measures possible to prevent spread of infectious diseases. According to the findings of this study, during Corona, these liabilities for the Government can be enumerated: Identification, Determining the liable authorities and institution, Education, Responsibility for prevention and treatment, Establish and expand insurance protections, Compensation for victims, Judicial and political Responsibility. In Iran, it is necessary to design a comprehensive system for exceptional situations such as pandemics.
