Enjoining the good and forbidding the evil according to the text of the verses of the Holy Quran and Islamic traditions are religious duties and a factor in strengthening the government and spreading the right norms in terms of making society responsible; On the other hand, with the advent of new communication technologies such as social networks and the resulting damage and threats, the revival and expansion of this in addition to the real environment in cyberspace is necessary, given that cyberspace is different from real space. And it has its own complexities, various organizations and institutions that are responsible for activities in the field of enjoining the good and forbidding the evil in the Islamic Republic of Iran, it is necessary to adopt a specific strategy and in addition to strategic priorities according to the capacities Limited to plan and act. This qualitative research with SWOT method and after receiving the opinions of 32 elites in the field of religion and cyberspace, tried to enumerate the most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and, accordingly, while calculating the current situation, propose an appropriate strategy; Strategies are also presented in two areas, quantitative and qualitative, which include two main strategies, including recognizing and explaining the good and the bad in cyberspace, and teaching and promoting the good and the bad in cyberspace.
